Airlift Northwest operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and flies approximately 3,200 patients annually from eight bases in Washington State (Arlington, Bellingham, Bremerton, Davenport, Olympia, Pasco, Wenatchee, and Yakima) and one in Juneau, Alaska. The non-profit agency is entirely self-funded with a $40 million annual budget. Airlift Northwest estimates that it provides about $7.5 million in uncompensated charity care every year.
While the Airlift Northwest fleet does contains Airbus H-135s, it contains no H-145s, so this livery is completely fictional.
I redid the interior of the cockpit and the uniforms. The pilots wear Airlift Northwest Float Team patches, but I couldn't get them aligned quite right because of a split in the shoulder texture
