Native build of the awesome Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird with some working gauges, animated flight stick, throttle, landing gear.
From Wikipedia: "The Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" is a long-range, high-altitude, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft developed and manufactured by the American aerospace company Lockheed Corporation. It was operated by both the United States Air Force (USAF) and NASA.The SR-71 was developed as a black project from the Lockheed A-12 reconnaissance aircraft during the 1960s by Lockheed's Skunk Works division."
I also love how it was used by the X-Men :-)
We tried to make it fast but it's probably not as fast as the real Blackbird. Or have a realistic flight model.

Version 1.2 - fixed issue with v1.1 where plane not selectable. Just noticed throttle animation not working properly so that's a known issue.
Version 1.3 - had another go at an updated flight model. Test flight video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMpuMToTxCI&ab_channel=FlightSimSquadron

Unfortunately not yet playable fun factor 0, because it is difficult to control.
Details are not available, there is still a lot of work to be done on the SR-71

The above-mentioned slider & axis combo works great as a coarse trim, and the buttons or trim wheel work great as a fine trim.
I'd LOVE to see this thing cleaned up and refined a little. Doing so wouldn't require much work to achieve big gains.

Extremely difficult to control. Keeps pitching up.

OUCH.... !!!! It hurts !!!

Leider noch nicht Spielbar spaß faktor 0 , da schlecht zu Steuern
Details sind nicht vorhanden
Es bedarf noch viel Arbeit an der SR-71

Since no one seems to be mentioning it, one of the biggest issues is that the trim auto set itself to ~-40% and I can't adjust the trim at all in this air craft...so the thing constantly wants to nosedive on its own. Makes it a huge pain to even try to fly. If you can get let us adjust the trim in the aircraft, it'll automatically make it 10 times better than it currently is.

I like it but it needs lots of work.
Instruments don't work, and an ASI that only goes up to 160 KTS in an A/C that can do >700 seems like a silly choice but hey ho, the glass cockpit works - most of the time.
The altimeter lags and freezes at high altitudes.
The landing gear doesn't work.
The Heading Indicator is impossible to use and the glass cockpit is too blurry to read a heading.
This could be a fantastic model, but needs work.

Needs a huge amount of work

I don't think this is working for SU6. Please update.

Awesome to fly guys, can the cockpit glass be fixed in the other models, i have them all & only 1 with clear glass, thanks 😊

Sadly the glasses in cockpit view are extremely blurry... On your screenshots it isn't, what to do?

Turning windshield effects in the graphics settings to low solved the issue for me.

I really appreciate the effort! However, the nose/cockpit section is slightly misaligned to the left and isn't as shiny as the rest of the fuselage. If this could be fixed it would be a great aircraft for fun!

I tested 1.3... which seems to be a tiny bit better that 1.2... but still FAR fro mworking properly for me.
No idea, how to retreact the gear. It simply does not work... activating AI to fly the plane somehow manages to retract it.
Cockpit views need much better arrangement, what for do you set the views to "out of the plane, right side"?
Look at the fuel setup before flight... vanilla setting is overloading the plane massively.
Dies ANY of the cockpit instruments work?
Which flightmodel do you suggest to use? For me it flies in "Mickey Mouse Mode"... rolling like an F16, way to little "weight" in handling...
and so on and so on...
Nice project, i´ll maybe take another look into 2.something or something later...
Edit: just to be sure, are you trying to create something which is supposed to be some kind of "realistic" or just something else?
Edit 2: ok, i check some of you other planes... those WW2 fighters... nice models, when viewed from the outside perspective... but the rest is way too arcade-ish for my taste. I won´t bother you guys again, don´t worry. Just maybe add some remarks in your info texts, that you are purely arceade-ish and not at all into any kind of realism, that could cave you from some upset reviews, i guess.

Tried version 1.1 a few days ago, didn't show up. Installed 1.2, now it's available, but when trying to take off from the runway the airspeed immediately goes from zero to max, the plane starts wobbling as it starts running, and finally it twists to the side and flips over and crash. Unplayable. There are some work left to do on this.

Hey this Aircraft is broken ther is no Controll over it you need to fix it
